Massage
Prepare a 5ml teaspoon to blend the essential oil. Use ~ two teaspoons of Carrier oil for face massage and ~six teaspoons for body massage.
Generally, the face (being sensitive and delicate) will probably need between 0.5% to 1% (0.5% mean one drop of essential oil plus two teaspoons of carrier oil. 1% means one drop of essential oil plus one teaspoon of carrier oil and so on). The proportion of carrier oil and essential oil can vary based on individual preference or to match physique and physiological changes.
